Experience in eyelash extensions is not mandatory. You will be responsible for leading the team with great passion to provide an amazing world class experience to the high end clientele of the Studio.

Salon Manager will be hired on to work with the studio launch team at Xtreme Lashes Headquarters in Spring, TX prior to November opening date of the Market Street Studio.

Responsibilities
•Provide a legendary customer service experience every day, all day to each and every client.
•Lead a team of elite eyelash extensions professionals to provide a consistent and incredible eyelash extension product
•You will be responsible for all salon up-keep and operations including front-desk management, product inventory, updating payroll, salon maintenance, and developing and adhering to operational procedures and processes.
•Calculate earnings and set individual and group sales goals. Coach, mentor and motivate stylists to prescribe retail products to every client on every visit. Outstanding client education that yields phenomenal retail sales is a must.
•Provide direction, supervise daily activities, manage schedules and assist employees in a hands-on manner to achieve studio goals.
•Use your discretion and conflict resolution skills to handle operational, personnel and customer related issues.
•Utilize your artistic, patient and caring nature to extend the beauty of your clients through customized eyelash extension applications and eye-related beauty services.
•Manage salon events and marketing campaigns.
•Contribute to research and development of products and services.
Prerequisites


•Management experience in operating and running a service or retail establishment as the General Manager. Salon or healthcare services management experience a major plus.
•Proven record of providing legendary service to customers with a keen understanding of customer behavior and needs.
•You have worked in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment in an organized and efficient manner.
•You have demonstrated excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills in previous positions.
•Your accomplishments include outstanding cosmetic and skin care sales.
•You have an in-depth understanding and unyielding passion for the cosmetic industry
•Preferred but not required: Current credentials in the health or beauty industry, i.e Esthetician, Cosmetologist, or R.N. license issued by a state regulatory board
•Bachelors in Business Administration or similar field. (preferred)
•Advanced user with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
•Experience with service booking software
•You have OUTSTANDING verbal and written communication skills.
