Southwest Key Programs is now hiring passionate, outstanding people to care for youth in a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding shelter environment in Conroe, Texas. Job openings (Seasonal and Full-time Positions) include Case Managers, Youth Care Workers, Cooks, Shift Leaders, and Teachers. Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
• Valid Texas driver’s license, Texas I.D. or Passport
• One year of PAID or Volunteer experience working with Children
Clinician Requirements:
Master’s degree & licensed or license-eligible in respective field (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
Case Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a social service or related field with one (1) year experience working with at-risk youth and their families, or a Master’s degree in social services or related field.
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
